Founder of all companies of Abalone group, Roberto held several important roles in his working experience. In 2013 he was Head of Regional Coverage responsible for Southern Europe and Latin America for Credit Agricole and in 2007 he served as General Manager Edmond de Rothschild Europe for Milan branch.
Melanie Stauffer
CEO
Melanie Stauffer has 20+ years in international investment and private banking, starting at Enron in London as a Power Trader. She later worked in Fixed Income and Credit Markets for major Investment Banks and headed the Investment Consulting Team at Credit Suisse Private Banking in Zürich. In 2008, she founded her own wealth management company, Alchemy Capital AG. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Gallen HSG, Switzerland, and a CEMS Master’s in European Business Management.
Andrea Maria Vittorio Venturini
Director of Abalone Services, CEO of Abalone Asset Management and COO of Abalone Capital
Andrea started his career in the real estate sector as a private property manager, later he became Financial Controller in a certification body for public contractors. Once graduated at the Bocconi University, he got the Ph.D. in Statistics and Applied Mathematics to Economics and a Second Level Master in Finance at the University of Turin.

Silvia is the Head Administration & Company Secretary of Abalone Group. She has over 20 years professional experience in Insurance and Real Estate in Italy, Treviso and Milan. Since 2013 she has been working for an international Family Office in Luxembourg.

Santosh Devendra Pandit
Executive Director
Over a career spanning 20 years within Wealth Management, Debt syndication and Private Equity, Santosh has worked with a host of financial institutions such as Standard Chartered, Royal Bank of Scotland, Anand Rathi and Citibank across India and UAE. Santosh has rich experience in managing Private Wealth of UHNIs and Institutions, He has been instrumental in facilitating various Private equity deals in India. Previous positions held include, Head of Global Priority Clients at Anand Rathi, and Director at Standard Chartered Bank. Academic credentials include Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mumbai University, and Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Mumbai University, India.

Stefano started his career in Mercer as Investment Analyst. Thereafter he joined Abalone Asset Management as Risk Analyst. Stefano holds a Second Level Master in Finance from Collegio Carlo Alberto and a Master’s degree (Hons) in Finance from the University La Sapienza of Rome.
Riccardo Teodori

Since 2014 he was managing partner of Nord Credit, an Italian company specialized in financial analysis and negotiation with banking institutions. He has over 6 years experience as quantitative professional trader developing mechanical trading strategies. Since 2012 he has acted as director, investment committee member and portfolio manager of a number of funds in Malta.

Ilaria De Paulis started her career at Abalone Asset Management Ltd as Administrative Assistant. Ilaria holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from the LUMSA University.
